I N T E R N A T I O N A L
Made to work. Called to provide.
We train men for skilled trades and modern technology careers, because work was never meant to be a curse to escape, but a calling to fulfill.
Why We Exist
Ref. Genesis 2:15 / 2 Thessalonians 3:10
"The LORD God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it."
Genesis 2:15 ESV"If anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat."
2 Thessalonians 3:10 ESVWork is not a punishment to survive. It's a purpose to fulfill, and a duty to carry. Made To Work exists to help men do both: build real skill — in the trades, and in technology — and stand as providers for the people who depend on them.
Our Mark
Detail A of Sheet 01 — referenced above
The mark is a level: a bar, a bubble, nothing hidden. It's the tool nothing else gets built without — walls, floors, whatever comes after inherits whatever error you started with. Ours crosses two of them, checking a surface true in both directions at once. That's a real feature on a torpedo level, not a symbol we forced. It happens to cross where the vials meet; we're leaving that where we found it rather than pointing at it.
Scripture reaches for the same image to talk about character: Isaiah makes "righteousness the plumb line" (Isaiah 28:17), and Amos sees God holding one against His own people to ask if they're still true (Amos 7:7-8). The double-check is the point: a man can be plumb at work and badly out of true at home, disciplined in the trade and undisciplined everywhere else. Genesis 2:15 places a man in the garden to do real work; 2 Thessalonians 3:10 says that work carries real weight. Made To Work is built on both. Check if it's true, in every direction, before you build on it.
The Work Ahead
These are the four pillars our Florida founding chapter is being built around: not yet a finished program, but the frame we're building toward.
Hands-on instruction in skilled trades and in-demand tech skills, taught by people who've done the work.
Paired guidance from experienced mentors who model both skill and character.
Real connections to real jobs. Training only matters if it leads somewhere.
No man builds alone. A community that carries the load together.
What We Stand On
Work has dignity before it has a paycheck.
A man's work is how he loves his household.
Skill is a form of stewardship. Do it well.
Men building alongside men, not alone.

Get Involved
Whether you swing a hammer, sign checks, or just want to follow along, the founding chapter needs people before it needs a program.
